Cancellation Policy – Revelation GK

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders are for items that are not yet in stock.

• We may collect a full payment or partial deposit at checkout and charge the remaining balance when the product is ready to ship.

• You may cancel a pre-order before it is fulfilled and receive a full refund.

• Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return or refund under our Returns Policy.

General Orders

• Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
